Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and quality control to upgrade the Small Composite Cleanroom. Key services include:
- Furnishing and installing an Environmental Control Air Handling Unit (54”x31”x74”, chilled water up flow, 25KW 3-phase, 460v) with specific components such as a 15KW electric reheat, humidifier, and filters.
- Installing an overhead ducted system with 6 diffusers and a low sidewall return.
- Installing one 10’x8’ high-speed, fabric, roll-up door.
- Installing four process vacuum ports, two central vacuum ports, and four compressed air ports (Tinker AFB to provide connections within 25’).
- Installing one drainless eye wash station.
- Installing BACnet devices and a monitoring system to track room temperature, pressure, humidity, and particle count (Tinker AFB to connect data collection equipment).
- Tinker AFB will provide 460v/3-phase power supply within 25’ for the AHU and door.
