Evaluation Criteria

Technical acceptability is defined by the offeror's capability statement demonstrating the ability to meet all defined products and requirements within the Statement of Work, Provisions & Clauses, Specifications, and Brand Name Justification & Approval. Past performance will not be evaluated. Offerors should submit their best terms from a price and technical standpoint.
