Purpose & Scope
This RFI is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government will not pay for information submitted. The required work involves:
- Overhaul and repair of a fixed tower hoist system.
- Design of a replacement system.
- Removal and disposal of the old system from two existing SAM-D towers.
- Provision of all required parts, assembly, testing, and certification.
- Associated data products and training.
- The new hoist system must consist of two hoists, each with a 30,000 lbs capacity, and comply with Navy Crane certification requirements.

Requested Information
Interested parties should submit capability statements addressing:
