Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To restore four (4) Mega Door brand overhead doors at Building 158, Pease Air National Guard Base, NH, to full operational, functional, and like-new condition. This includes replacing door fabric, lifting belts, brake assemblies, guide blocks, and seals, as well as servicing gearboxes and control systems.

• Demolish and replace door fabric, lifting belts, and brake assemblies.

• Repair guide rails.

• Service door gearboxes and replace oil and seals.

• Replace open, close, and stop push buttons.

• Inspect and test all safety and limit devices, repairing or replacing as needed.

• Perform factory-recommended maintenance.

• Provide familiarization training to end-users.

• Submit test results and a commissioning report.

• Provide a one-year warranty for labor and workmanship.

• Maintain an acceptable Safety & Environmental plan, including spill kits.

• All work must be performed by Mega Door certified technicians using authentic manufacturer parts.

• Doors must be fully functional, including all control, safety, and limit systems, upon completion.

• Deficiencies identified during final inspection must be corrected within an agreed-upon timeframe at no additional cost.

• Training must be at least one hour and cover required operation and maintenance topics.

• Site cleanliness must be maintained with no more than two valid complaints per week.

• Period of Performance: 90 calendar days after contract award.

• Place of Performance: On-site at Building 158, Pease ANGB, Newington, NH 03801.
