Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for designing, fabricating, delivering, and installing a new exterior signage and wayfinding system for the Southern Nevada VA Medical Center (VAMC) campus. • Fabrication and installation of new exterior signage, including directional, informational, and logo signs in various sizes.

• Supply and installation of three (3) digital outdoor LED signs (minimum 66"x40") with automatic brightness control, network connectivity, and a 5-year warranty.

• Materials must be high-quality, weather-resistant, suitable for Southern Nevada's climate (UV exposure, high temperatures, wind loads), and meet or exceed industry standards.

• Off-site assembly of sign components is encouraged to minimize on-site disruption.

• Contractor to analyze proposed layout and recommend additional signs as needed.

• All signage must be installed plumb, level, and securely anchored.

• Graphics and lettering must be clear, legible, and defect-free.

• Contractor guarantees workmanship and materials for a minimum of one year.

• Environmental and mechanical testing (UV resistance, wind load, structural integrity) is required.

• Quality Control (QC) process must be implemented for all fabrication and installation activities.

• Period of Performance: Installation to commence within 45 working days of contract award and be completed within 20 calendar days from the start of on-site work.

• Work Hours: Normal business hours (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday), unless otherwise authorized.
