This amendment (0003) to Solicitation H9240223R0002, dated 03-Apr-2023, modifies the contract/order as described in Item 14. The primary change is the update to Attachment 6 - Initial Capability Workbook, with corrections dated 03May2023.

• Attachment 6 - Initial Capability Workbook: Updated with corrections dated 03 May 2023.

• All submitted proposals must include a copy of the SF33 and all SF30 amendments, signed and incorporated.

• The amendment does not extend the proposal submission deadline.

• Instructions Sheet: Details required data fields for personnel (Last Name, First Name, Gender, US Citizen, DOB, SSN, DoDIN/FIN, NIAC/CLIP Date, Clearance, Clearance Date) and specific roles (TM, PM, DPM, APM, OSMs, OSCs, Linguists).
• Linguist Specifics: Requires ILR test dates and scores for English and target languages (Primary, Secondary, Third), experience as a linguist (Years, Months), and medical/physical qualification details.
• File Submission: Offerors must submit one PDF attachment per individual. The file name must be the Position Number followed by the individual's Last Name. Documents within the attachment must be in a specific order: English ILR Test Results, Primary Target Language ILR Test Results, Secondary/Third Target Language ILR Test Results (if applicable), and Letter of Commitment.
• Initial Capacity Sheet: Provides a template to list positions, categories, locations, and associated personnel data. It also includes columns for contractor type (Prime/Sub), Letter of Commitment, and Start Date with Company.

This workbook is crucial for bidders to understand the specific personnel qualifications and data required for the opportunity.
