• Submission of a comprehensive remediation report to TCEQ and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).

Performance Details

• Place of Performance: Building 53, Amarillo VA Health Care Facility, Amarillo, Texas 79106.
• Period of Performance: Work must be completed within thirty (30) days of the start date.
• Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 07:30 to 16:30.
• Reporting: Daily progress reports are required by 9:00 AM the following day, submitted to the COR via email in PDF format.

Special Requirements & Action Items
