- AMERICAN STRENGTHS CENTER's copyrighted strengths curriculum.
- Strengths Based Leadership, Strengths Discovery Encounter, and Strengthen Your Spiritual Core curricula.
- Facilitation and interpretation of Gallup's StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment.
- Leading the ASC-developed Spiritual Performance Fitness Guide.
- Delivery of instructional content over five consecutive days.
- Provision of workbooks for attendees.
- Submission of a written summary of participant evaluations and feedback.
