Submission & Evaluation
The Government intends to negotiate with Woven Electronics due to the sole source justification. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement. Evaluation will incorporate FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors) and FAR 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications).
