- One (1) KPH-90 Electric Piston Horn, 7-1/2 H.P., 220/440 V.A.C., 3 PH. 60 HZ, with 120 VOLT A.C. heaters for motor and crankcase per DRG. 3-7221 (Military Version).
- Compliance with DFARS 252.211-7003 for item identification and valuation.
- Packaging and marking according to DODMANUAL 4140.01, VOLUME 9, MIL-STD-2073-1 (series), or commercial packaging per ASTM D3951 (series).
- Crating must comply with International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM) Publication No. 15.
- Markings on boxes/crates/containers must include Vessel's Name/Hull Number, Requisition Number, and Purchase/Delivery Order Number.
