Scope of Work
The requirement is for a complete HGL Dynamics Vibration Monitoring System, comprising:
- Hawk Control Computer: Windows 11 Pro, 64-bit, Intel CPU, TPM 2.0, 32GB RAM, 4+ TB SSD, 3+ GBE ports, with HGL Software Suite.
- Hummingbird 32-channel unit: BNC connectors, supporting voltage, IEPE, and charge accelerometers, 5 kHz to 250 kHz sample rate, 24-bit ADC, +/- 10V native input range, and alarm outputs.
- Dragonfly 8-channel unit: BNC connectors, supporting voltage, IEPE, and strain gages, 5 kHz to 250 kHz sample rate, 24-bit ADC, +/- 10V native input. All items must be TAA compliant and brand new. The system must record data in HGL Raw or DATX format, convertible to MATLAB, Simple Binary, or WAV.

- Contract Type: Firm Fixed-Price.
- Set-Aside: This is an intent to sole source. It is not a request for competitive proposals, but information received may be used to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted.
