This document is a sole source justification, not a solicitation for proposals. The contracting officer has determined that Elite Laundry Company, Inc. is the only source reasonably available due to geographic limitations, logistical challenges, and specific service requirements.

This is a sole source acquisition under FAR 12.102(b) & 12.201-1, simplified procedures for covered actions greater than the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT) up to $9 million, pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 1901.

• Market research confirmed no other vendors within a 100-mile radius are willing or capable of meeting the requirements.
• The government will continue to monitor the marketplace for future competition.
• The previous contract with Elite Laundry Company had a value of $289,920.00 and ran from 08/01/2020 – 01/31/2026.
