The NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems (ATC&LS) Division intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on sole source basis with CPI Electron Business Device, Inc. / Beverly Microwave Division (CPI-EDB) under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.
