Submission & Evaluation
This proposed contract action is being solicited on a sole source basis with NUSIL TECHNOLOGY, LLC (Cage Code: 5U206) due to form, fit, and function requirements, under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A synopsis exception (FAR 5.202(a)(13)) applies. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which will be considered by the agency. However, the Government retains discretion on whether to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses.
