Eligibility / Justification
This is an Other Than Full and Open procurement on a sole source basis. The government believes SL MEDITECH CO is the only source capable of meeting the minimum requirements due to their proprietary status as the official importer and sole authorized provider for Sysmex equipment, reagents, consumables, and technical support in Korea. There is no reasonable expectation of receiving competitive quotes.
Submission Requirements
Interested sources who believe they can provide the required Sysmex Hematology and Coagulation Analyzers, reagents, consumables, and preventive maintenance must submit a capability statement. This statement should demonstrate their ability to meet the requirements and include management, technical, and cost information. Submissions are limited to six (8.5 x 11 inch) pages with a font size no smaller than 10-point. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
