Scope of Work

- Be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www.sam.gov).
- Complete the certification in Section K (52.209-11) regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or Felony conviction.
- Provide a quote with sufficient technical information for evaluation.
- Be an authorized reseller for Rohde & Schwarz USA, Inc. and provide a letter of authorization.
Evaluation will be based on price and technical acceptability. The government intends to award on a sole-source basis.
