Submission & Evaluation
This is not a request for competitive quotes, as the determination not to compete is at the Government's discretion. However, quotes received will be considered for determining future competitive procurements.
- Submission Requirements: Quotes must include price, payment terms, delivery terms, Offeror Point of Contact (including phone and email), Offeror CAGE Code, and Offeror SAM UEI. Shipping costs must be included in the unit price.
- Validity: Quotes must be valid for no less than 60 days from the due date.
- Registration: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
- Payment: Government payment will be electronic via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
