Statement of Work (SOW)

This Statement of Work (SOW) details the requirements for providing O2 cleaning services for 450 pressure gauges (Part Number 1120-012). This is necessary because the original manufacturer failed to provide the required Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) to certify that the parts were cleaned for use in EOD Diving and Life Support underwater breathing apparatus (UBA) components.

• The contractor shall perform O2 cleaning on 450 pressure gauges (PN 1120-012).

• The cleaning process must adhere to MIL-STD-1330, Revision E, and NAVSEA approved cleaning procedure UP.8.2.2.009 A Dated 2-27-2023.

• The Government will provide the 450 pressure gauges and up to 10 hoses for use during the cleaning process.

• The Government will be responsible for shipping to and from the contractor's facility.

• The period of performance is from the award of the purchase order until 60 days after award.

• All hardware deliverables (cleaned gauges) shall be delivered to Naval Support Activity, Building 100, 110 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7001.

• The contractor must return all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) upon completion of the purchase order.

• Data deliverables must be submitted in accordance with the attached DD Form 1423.

• The task is unclassified.

• The contractor must comply with security requirements for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and general DoD information protection standards, including operations security (OPSEC).
