Purpose & Scope
NSWC Crane requires one year of maintenance for its Trion Phantom III Etch System. The proposed contract action is a sole source to Trion Technology INC. due to their proprietary design knowledge, access to specialized replacement parts, and qualified service engineers. Trion Technologies is identified as the OEM and the only company authorized to perform this maintenance.
Key Requirements

Submission & Evaluation

The government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions, so offerors should submit their best terms. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which will be considered for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete is solely at the government's discretion. Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 (Self) is required prior to award.
