• Maintenance & Support: Registration renewal, provision of replacement vehicles of similar specification during routine and emergency maintenance, vehicle service every 10,000 KM (including oil/filter changes), and tire replacement every 50,000 KM.
• Logistics: Delivery and collection of vehicles within Muscat.
• Insurance: Comprehensive insurance included in the lease rate, covering collision damage waiver, personal accident insurance, 24/7 road assistance, and Gulf country insurance.
• Fuel Cards: Six (6) fuel cards, one per vehicle, with a maximum limit of 160 OMR per vehicle monthly.

Contract Details

• Contract Type: Requirements type contract, Firm Fixed Price.
• Period of Performance: One year, from March 01, 2026, to February 28, 2027.
• Pricing: Firm fixed price for the one-year period. Value Added Tax (VAT) will be priced as a separate line item.
