This 3rd amendment modifies the Invitation for Bid (IFB) as follows:

Solicitation Closing Date: The closing date is extended from September 2, 2025, at 11:00 AM to September 2, 2025, at 2:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST).

Bid Opening Information: A TEAMS link for the public bid opening will be provided to bidders approximately 15 minutes after the bid submission deadline (2:15 PM CST). The bid opening will commence at 2:30 PM CST.

Questions and Answers: The current Questions and Answers are now included in Section J of the solicitation.

Section L, 1.12 (4) Representation and Certifications: This section has been updated to include FAR fill-ins link. An attachment regarding 252.209-7999 fill-ins has been added to Section J.

Section J - Wage Determination: This amendment includes a revision to Section J for Wage Determination.

All other terms and conditions of the IFB remain in effect.
