Scope of Work
This MAC IDIQ will provide repair services including Test, Teardown and Evaluation (TT&E), Minor Repair(s), Major Repair(s), Total Rebuild(s), and other ancillary requirements. Repair designs must meet or exceed system requirements and be Form, Fit, Function, and Interface (FFFI) compliant. Contractors will furnish all necessary facilities, parts, materials, equipment, and services. Specific requirements and levels of repair effort will be determined at the task order level.

Qualification & Submission
- Requirement: Restricted to qualified sources per FAR Part 52.209-1. Vendors must be qualified prior to award.
- Source Approval Request (SAR): Interested vendors not previously approved must submit a SAR package to the Source Development Small Business Office or Contracting Officer. The Repair Qualification Requirements (RQR) (Attachment 1) details the process, including demonstrating capabilities in facilities, testing, and repair processes.
- Onboarding: SAR packages submitted after the initial deadline (April 2, 2026) will be considered for future onboarding rounds, with the first round beginning November 2026. Early submission of SAR packages is encouraged for ample review time.
- Technical Data: Requests for technical data should be directed to the contracting officer.
Evaluation
