Quick Summary

The Department of the Air Force, 415 SCMS is establishing a Strategic Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for repair services covering 11 weapon systems and approximately 124 National Stock Numbers (NSNs). The initial proposal window for this solicitation (FA8250-26-R-0001) closed on April 2, 2026. This opportunity is restricted to qualified sources, and vendors must submit Source Approval Request (SAR) packages to be considered. The first round of onboarding for new or additional NSN qualifications is slated for November 2026. Interested parties should prepare and submit SAR packages as soon as possible.

Scope of Work

This MAC IDIQ will provide repair services including Test, Teardown and Evaluation (TT&E), Minor Repair(s), Major Repair(s), Total Rebuild(s), and other ancillary requirements. Repair designs must meet or exceed system requirements and be Form, Fit, Function, and Interface (FFFI) compliant. Contractors will furnish all necessary facilities, parts, materials, equipment, and services. Specific requirements and levels of repair effort will be determined at the task order level.

The Repair Qualification Requirements (RQR) (Attachment 1) details the process, including demonstrating capabilities in facilities, testing, and repair processes.
  • Onboarding: SAR packages submitted after the initial deadline (April 2, 2026) will be considered for future onboarding rounds, with the first round beginning November 2026. Early submission of SAR packages is encouraged for ample review time.
