This solicitation is for the replacement of an existing bulk liquid oxygen (LOX) storage system at the Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC) in Zuni, New Mexico. The government intends to make a single award resulting from this solicitation.

• Removal of the existing LOX tank, associated piping, concrete pad, and fencing.

• Furnish and install a new 1,500-gallon LOX bulk tank system, including manifold control center, alarm panel, vaporizer, reserve assembly piping, and redundant final line pressure regulators.

• Connection of piping to the backup manifold in the reserve cylinder closet, compliant with NFPA 99.

• Installation of inlet strainers, economizer circuit components, and a 1-inch flanged switching manifold.

• Construction of a new reinforced concrete pad compliant with applicable code and seismic requirements.

• Installation of new fencing and an access gate.

• Underground trenching for signal and line-voltage conduits.

• Electrical and alarm system work, including new junction boxes and signal wiring for low liquid oxygen level, oxygen reserve in use, and oxygen reserve low alarms.

• Medical gas system testing, verification, and commissioning (NFPA 99 compliant; ASSE-certified verification required).

• Closeout documentation, including as-builts, O&M manuals, warranty documentation, and training.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order.

• Period of Performance: 120 calendar days after notice to proceed.

• NAICS Code: 325120 with a small business size standard of 1,200 employees.
