This amendment to Solicitation W81K0026QA057, dated 09 JAN 2026, provides responses to industry questions. The purpose is to offer industry with answers to questions received.

This amendment does not modify specific sections of the solicitation but rather provides clarifications.

• The solicitation's original deadline for receipt of offers is not extended by this amendment.

• The government plans to award this contract on or about the end of January 2026.

• Viable candidates' resumes/curriculum vitae are required within 30 days from the date of award.

• Full performance is required no later than 90 days from the date of award.

• There is no incumbent contractor in place.

• Resumes and certificates will be required, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and CLIN 0001 description.

• FAR Clause 52.222-42 is for information only and not a gauge for pricing evaluation.

• The current CTR position for Deputy Commander Inpatient Services at CRDAMC is vacant.

• The contract will consist of an Eight (8)-month Base period and one (1) twelve (12) month Option period.

All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain the same.
