Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide non-IT hardware maintenance support for the Xtek XT H 225 Computed Tomography X-ray System used for inspecting metal and additively manufactured components.

• Provide maintenance for the Xtek CT machine (Model: XT H 225, Serial Number: JN2019).

• Perform up to 4 on-site visits: three for general maintenance review and one for an annual radiation survey and safety inspection (can be combined).

• Replace consumables used from Benet's inventory during maintenance visits.

• Provide necessary replacement parts during site visits. If a part is unavailable or requires factory servicing, the vendor must provide loaner parts or components.

• Provide priority technical support via email/telephone for troubleshooting.

• Provide an extended warranty for the contract duration.
