• Specific maintenance tasks for Traction and Winding Drum Elevators (Chancery, Annex) and Hydraulic Elevators (Chief of Mission Residence).
• Provision of trained mechanics, tools, repair parts, materials, and supplies in accordance with manufacturer's warranty.

• Required Submissions: SF-1449, Section I (Pricing), Section 5 (Representations and Certifications), additional information as required in Section 3, and proof of SAM registration.
• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible quoter. Evaluation considers technical acceptability (past performance, experience, technical information), quoter acceptability (compliance with RFQ terms), and quoter responsibility (financial resources, ability to perform, integrity, organization, equipment, etc.).

Additional Notes

• A pre-quotation conference will be held on February 19, 2026.
• Offerors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database prior to submission.
• Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable to this contract.
