This solicitation, identified as SP4705-26-R-0004, is for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to maintain a serviceable charging or refueling infrastructure for Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEVs) or Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEVs). The DLA currently operates 10 electric vehicle charging stations at various locations and plans to add six more in 2026. Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)
