Multiple emails should be labeled sequentially. Facsimile submissions are not accepted for initial proposals.
- Evaluation: Award will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. Offerors must take no exceptions to solicitation terms and conditions and must price all items and tiers in the Schedule of Items (Attachment 1) to be considered technically acceptable. An aggregate price analysis will be performed.
