Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a Firm-Fixed Price Commercial Item Purchase Order to provide Dexis Ti2 Sensor Kits. The procurement is a 100% Buy Indian Set-Aside and is for the Rosebud Service Unit located in Rosebud, South Dakota.

• Dexis Ti2 Sensor Kit (3 EA)

• Shipping, including all types of shipping.

• The contractor must provide only new equipment and new parts. No used, refurbished, or remanufactured equipment or parts are allowed. Absolutely no Gray Market Goods or Counterfeit Electronic Parts shall be provided.

• All equipment must be accompanied by the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) warranty.

• Delivery is required 45 days after award.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price

• Period of Performance: Delivery within 45 days after award.

• NAICS Code: 339114 (Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing) with a size standard of 750 employees.

• Quotations must be returned no later than the date referenced in Block 8 (06/17/2026 at 1200 MT).

• Quotes must be firm for at least 60 days from the date of receipt by the Government.

• Evaluation Criteria: The basis for award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

  • Technical Acceptability will be rated as "Acceptable" or "Unacceptable" based on the offeror's technical description demonstrating capability to meet the Performance Work Statement.
  • Proposals must be found acceptable in all areas to be considered "Technically Acceptable" and eligible for award.

• The Government reserves the right to accept or reject services if the level of work is unsatisfactory.
