Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for laboratory technical and management support services for the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

The contractor will provide comprehensive laboratory services, including sample collection, analysis, reporting, and measurements. Key areas include:

• Routine and semi-annual industrial wastewater pretreatment discharge monitoring.

• Semi-monthly storm water monitoring.

• Contractor personnel must pass background clearances and possess an FAA Identification Card when on government property.
• Contractor is responsible for providing all necessary personnel, transportation, shipping, containers, marking, labeling, preservatives, equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Contractor must maintain current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide them upon request.
• No government-furnished equipment (GFE) will be provided.
• Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, permits, and facility environmental requirements.
• Specific licensing and proficiency testing requirements are detailed for asbestos analysis.
• Contractor must submit a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3) and a Health and Safety Plan (HASP).
