SOLICITATION--LICENSING for VERKADA Access Control and Tier 1 Support

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To maintain 100% reliability of the VERKADA Access Control and video security system, ensuring physical security controls for the CIO/G6 at the United States Military Academy at West Point.

• Provide operational licensing and Tier 1 maintenance support for the VERKADA Access Control system.

• Support 37 access points and 18 video access points.

• Provide complete system licensing, preventative maintenance, and hardware assurance.

• Perform quarterly preventive maintenance on-site.

• Provide emergency support to assess and resolve system outages.

• All licenses must be current versions of applicable VERKADA products.

• All technical support personnel must be certified in the operations and maintenance of Verkada Systems.

• Systems must be operating at 100% functionality after outage resolution.

• 100% Compliance is required for licensing, maintenance, and emergency support.

• Period of Performance: 1 Base period and 4 Option Periods.

• All network-enabled hardware and software must support Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6).

• All hardware and software must meet federal Section 508 requirements.

• Contractor must develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP).

• Contractor personnel must comply with all security requirements, including background checks, installation access procedures, and potentially Force Protection Conditions (FPCONs).

• Contractor personnel must complete required training, including Anti-Terrorism (AT) Level I and OPSEC Level I training.

• Contractor must provide key personnel: Program/Contract Manager, Quality Control Manager, and Technical Support Team with specified qualifications.
