• Cleaning of exhaust fans and leak repairs.
• Checking and repair of Emergency Release Devices and curtain tracks.

Maintenance & Repair Work includes:

• Modification of curtain and blind strings.
• Replacement of ceiling fans and LED downlights.
• Repair of door outer layers, ceilings, and door frames.
• Installation of shower rods.
• Replacement of wavy ceilings, wall tiles, pedestal sinks, mirrors, and lights in specific bathrooms.
• Removal of wallpaper and installation of wall tiles.
• Modification of fences and repair/repainting of outdoor metal ramps.

Contract & Timeline

• Contract Type: Request for Quotes (RFQ) leading to a contract/purchase order.
• Period of Performance: 42 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
