This amendment (0001) to solicitation SPE60326R0514 revises the following:

• Pre-Proposal Conference: An on-site pre-proposal conference will be held at Maks AAF, LA (located on Ft. Polk) on April 15, 2026, at 10:00 am Central Time. In-person attendance is strongly encouraged; there will not be a virtual conference. Offerors must submit the names of attendees via email, letter, telephone, or facsimile by April 8, 2026.
• Questions Due Date: The deadline for submitting questions related to the solicitation is April 20, 2026, at 1:00 PM local Fort Belvoir time. Questions must be submitted via email to Alex Cano (alexandro.cano@dla.mil) and cc: Richard Phelps (richard.phelps@dla.mil), referencing the Solicitation Number in the subject line. Responses will be provided via a solicitation amendment.
