Scope of Work
The contractor will rehabilitate an expandable/retractable preservation (paint) booth (DPAS Asset ID # 4215809738) inside Bldg. 171. Key tasks include:
- Removing and replacing the deteriorated see-through vinyl cover.
- Replacing all filters, including 12 pre-filters (Tri Dim 15/40 3 Ply Panel 24” x 24”) and 12 secondary filters (Tri Dim 15/40 3 Ply Pocket 24” x 24” x 15”).
- Disassembling, re-testing, and certifying the fire suppression system to full operational readiness after cover replacement.
- Ensuring the booth expands and retracts properly.
