• Point-to-Point Installation and Termination (CLIN 0002): Non-recurring procurement for the installation and termination of dark fiber optic cables connecting the U.S. Embassy Juba (Kololo) to the New Embassy Compound (Rock City) over an estimated distance of 6-7 kilometers. This includes installation in existing conduits/manholes, termination of two pairs of fiber optic cables (one for data, one for voice), testing, certification, and documentation. The fiber optic cables must have a minimum of 12 strands, with 4 reserved for immediate use.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP).

• Period of Performance: One-year base period for CLIN 0001, with four (4) one-year option periods. CLIN 0002 is a non-recurring procurement.

• Value Added Tax (VAT): Not applicable due to U.S. Embassy tax exemption.
