Scope of Work

- VNET Internet Services (CLIN 0001): Provision of a dedicated, high-end fiber optic internet service for the U.S. Embassy Juba. This includes a one-year base period with four (4) one-year option periods. Bidders must quote for four bandwidth options (60, 70, 120, and 140 Mbps CIR), with only one option to be awarded. The service must be 24/7, always-on, with unlimited usage, utilizing fiber optic terrestrial connectivity, and include full installation, commissioning, routing setup, testing, and documentation.
- Point-to-Point Fiber Optic Installation (CLIN 0002): Non-recurring procurement for the installation and termination of dark fiber optic cables connecting the U.S. Embassy Juba (Kololo) to the New Embassy Compound (Rock City), an estimated distance of 6-7 kilometers. This involves installation in existing conduits/manholes, termination of two pairs of fiber optic cables (one for data, one for voice), testing, certification, and documentation. The fiber optic cables must have a minimum of 12 strands.
