The Government will use the stated TI Allowance for evaluating the TI rent component, but this does not preclude consideration of move-related replication costs in the "Present Value Price Evaluation."
- Building Specific Amortized Capital (BSAC): $25.00 per ABOA SF for security-related improvements.
