The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to the interested offerors questions. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************Solicitation_ Ground Maintenance Service at Kunsan Air Base. Please refer to both the Solicitation, W90VN7-25-R-A012 and the Solicitation Amendment, W90VN7-25-R-A012-0001.Solicitation for Five (5) Year Service Contract: Grounds Maintenance on Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea. The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Kunsan Air Base in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy vegetation, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The Contractor?s performance will be based on the Contracting Officer?s (KO) evaluation and Contracting Officer?s Representative (COR) and of the results required by the Service Summary (SS) and not the frequency or method of performance. It is at the Contractor?s discretion to determine the levels of frequencies to attain the level of service at the best value. Contractor shall comply with applicable laws and commercial standards governing U.S. federal, Korean federal, USFK Regulation 405-7 Facilities and Areas (Real Estate) Policies and Procedures in Korea, Integrated Natural Resources Management Plan (INRMP), Honam region, North Jeolla (Chonpuk) Province, Kunsan Administrative District, and Kunsan Air Base.
