A First Article Test (FAT) Report is required, involving examination and testing of filter assemblies and elements, with agent/stimulant FAT testing conducted at a government facility. Military preservation, packing, and marking are mandatory, in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1 and Special Packaging Instructions (SPI). The place of performance is Richmond, KY 40475, United States.

Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module. Offerors must be registered in PIEE and have the appropriate access. Offers must be valid for a minimum of 180 calendar days following the due date. Offerors must submit for the total quantity of items, and the proposed delivery schedule for CLIN 0001AA cannot be alternative. Evaluation factors are referenced in Section M of the solicitation.
Eligibility & Important Notes
An export-controlled Technical Data Package (TDP) is associated with this procurement (distribution code C). Access is limited to the Department of War (DoW) and U.S. DoD contractors. Offerors must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) and submit their approved DD2345 to the Point of Contact for TDP access. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
