  • Design and install a new CT Simulator machine and control/operations room, including equipment purchase coordination, utility provision, room shielding, and installation support.
  • Decommission and assist with the removal of the existing CT Simulator.
  • Design and install a new Liebert® HVAC system for the CT Room, meeting facility standards.
  • Demolish and replace existing electrical devices, faceplates, and light fixtures.
  • Demolish and replace all plumbing and medical gas piping, devices, and equipment.
