This includes furnishing all necessary material, plant facilities, labor, parts, equipment, and expertise. Key requirements include:
- Accomplishing all necessary packing, preservation, and packaging in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1 and MIL-STD-129, including specific instructions for hazardous materials ("Fuel Device w/Residual Fuel") and Wood Packaging Material (WPM) compliance.
- Item Unique Identification (IUID) marking.
- Adherence to Higher Level Contract Quality Requirements (ISO 9001-2015 or AS9100).
