• Maintaining neat and orderly collection areas and cleaning containers.
• Collecting all garbage, refuse, and trash within and around compactors/dumpsters.
• Disposing of waste in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations.
• Providing written documentation that the approved landfill meets all regulatory requirements. The estimated tonnage is approximately 240 tons per month.

Contract Details

• Contract Type: Indefinite Delivery/Requirements with firm-fixed unit prices.
• Performance Period: A base year plus four (4) 12-month option years, at the Government's unilateral discretion.
• Anticipated Effective Date of Award (EDOA): July or August 01, 2026.
• Previous Contract Context: This is not a new requirement; the previous contract for these services was awarded to Ecology MIR Group, LLC for $777,480.00, effective June 01, 2021, through May 31, 2026.

• E-Verify: Contractors must comply with FAR 52.222-54, E-Verify Requirements, enrolling within 30 days of award and beginning verification within 90 days.
