- Responding to emergency service calls within 24 hours.
- Managing all disposal documentation and fees, utilizing State of Illinois manifests signed by the transporter and RIA Public Works.
- Ensuring strict compliance with all federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations, including those from OSHA, EPA, IEPA, and Army regulations specific to Rock Island Arsenal. This includes obtaining hot work permits and avoiding Class I Ozone Depleting Chemicals (ODCs).
