Amendment 0001: Updating the site visit date and time and extending the offer due date. See attached Amendment.This is a non-personal services contract to provide herbicide application to recreational park facilities, embankment, riprap, roads, parking areas, guardrails, pipe fences and associated areas of dam at Somerville Lake. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, travel, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform herbicide applications at Somerville Lake as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as Government-furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards within the PWS.
