Scope of Sale

Payment is required within 45 days of invoice receipt via Certified Check or Postal Money Order, payable to the US Treasury. Billing weights will be based on the Qualified Recycling Program's (QRP) certified scales at MCAS Beaufort. The successful bidder will be responsible for all transportation, loading, and securing of the load, and must provide DOT-approved trucks with control devices to prevent spillage, complying with all relevant DOT, safety, fire, environmental, and OSHA regulations.

Submission & Inspection

Bids must be received by April 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. Submissions can be mailed, emailed, or hand-delivered to Marine Corps Air Station, Attn: Amber Dutton, Bldg. 612 Bay 13 Itami St., Beaufort SC. 29904. Logistics & Access

The successful bidder must schedule pickup and weigh-in/weigh-out at the MCAS certified scale. Collection of material will occur between 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Tuesday – Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Vehicles and operators must be compliant with state/local requirements and MCAS Beaufort access policies. Original weight tickets must be provided to MCAS Beaufort-QRP.
