Statement of Work (SOW)

The primary goal is to ensure readiness for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) accreditation by confirming that specific locations meet the Noise Isolation Class (NIC) score of 45 for Amplified Voice after repairs.

• The contractor shall perform acoustic testing of wall and floor/ceiling assemblies at locations identified in a Task Order (TO).

• Testing will confirm that acoustics requirements have been met.

• For each round of testing, a report documenting results, methodology, applicable standards, equipment used, and recommendations is required.

• Testing will be conducted at ICD/ICS 705 Secure Area Boundary.

• Work must be completed within 30 calendar days of Contract Award.

• Performance locations include Building 1020 and 1040 at Edwards AFB, CA, and Building 1733 at Nellis AFB, NV.

• The Government will provide access to secure areas and escort/security monitoring.

• The contractor is responsible for providing all required equipment.

• Emergency medical services will be provided by Edwards AFB, with the contractor reimbursing the Government.

• Utilities (electricity, water, sewage) will be provided by the Government.
