Response Requirements
Interested firms should submit a response, limited to 5 pages, including:
- Firm's name, address, point of contact, phone, and email.
- Interest in bidding on the future solicitation.
- One to three example projects (within the last 5 years, complete or substantially complete) demonstrating capability. At least one project must be over $15 million, and others not less than $10 million. Projects must show success in performance-based remediation, including remedy maintenance, site optimization, and achieving Response Complete (RC)/Site Closure (SC) across multiple sites. Experience with Arizona and Nevada regulatory agencies (USEPA Region 9, ADEQ, NDEP) is required for at least one project.
