The MACC will encompass a wide range of general construction disciplines, including maintenance, repair, and alteration of existing real property, as well as new construction of facilities. Contractors must demonstrate expertise in design-build construction and be capable of managing up to 15 simultaneous projects, each valued up to $300,000. Project disciplines include civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, plumbing, communications, electrical, and various other specialized construction tasks. Performance will primarily be at AUAB, Qatar, but may extend to geographically separated locations within the AUAB area of responsibility.

Submissions must be in English. The survey requests detailed business information, corporate capabilities (project capacity, equipment, design/engineering, construction experience, SAM registration, financial instruments), and corporate experience (multi-project performance, U.S. Government contract experience, design-build experience).

Eligibility / Set-Aside
