Response Requirements
Interested sources must demonstrate their capability to manufacture and supply the listed parts. Submissions should include a completed Contractor Questionnaire, information on previous Government and commercial contracts, and details regarding data rights. Technical Data Package (TDP) Access
To obtain the sensitive, ITAR-restricted TDPs, companies must submit a signed Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), a copy of their active DD2345 (JCP), and CAGE verification. The NDA signee and JCP data custodian should be the same individual. TDP requests must be emailed to DLA.Aberdeen.SourcesSought@dla.mil within 7 days of the SSA posting date. Approved TDPs will be delivered via DoD SAFE.
