Requested Response Information
Interested sources capable of manufacturing and supplying the listed parts must submit information demonstrating their capabilities. This includes, but is not limited to:
- A completed Contractor Questionnaire (available as an attachment).
- Information on previous Government and commercial contracts.
- Data rights information.
- Company name, CAGE code, and a technical point of contact (email and telephone).
The Contractor Questionnaire requires detailed information on company capabilities, past performance, engineering staff qualifications, test equipment experience, problematic component identification, obsolescence management, alternative identification, delivery capability, government preference adherence, and supply chain concerns.
