• Delivery Capability: Ability to meet US Government delivery requirements.
• Product Stock: Whether products are kept in stock.
• Supply Chain Concerns: Identification of vendors that might impact delivery schedules and mitigation strategies.
• First Article Test (FAT): Capability to complete FAT and commence delivery within 10 months.
• Production Lead Time: The expected lead time for the part.
• Surge Capability: Ability to increase production and the associated process/timeline.

This document provides instructions for requesting Technical Data Packages (TDPs) and outlines the requirements for accessing ITAR-controlled technical documents related to the DLA-Aberdeen acquisition (Notice ID: DLA-Aberdeen-).

• TDP Request Deadline: All requests must be submitted to DLA.Aberdeen.SourcesSought@dla.mil within 7 days of the SSA/MR request posting date.
• ITAR Control: Technical documents are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and cannot be shared with non-U.S. persons or transferred outside the United States.
• Eligibility Requirements: Companies must have an active status in the Defense Logistics Agency Joint Certification Program (JCP) and possess an approved DD2345.
• Required Documentation for TDP Request:
  • Completed and signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
  • Copy of the company's DD2345 (JCP).
  • Copy of the company's CAGE verification in SAM.
• Submission Method: Requests and required documents should be emailed to DLA.Aberdeen.SourcesSought@dla.mil with "DLA-Aberdeen-" in the subject line.
• TDP Delivery: Upon verification of JCP status and receipt of NDA, the TDP will be uploaded to DoD SAFE, and an email with a download link and password will be sent.
• NDA Signee/Data Custodian: The NDA signee and data custodian listed in JCP should be the same individual. Updates can be made via the JCP Portal.

Vendors interested in obtaining the Technical Data Package must adhere to these instructions and deadlines. Failure to meet the eligibility criteria or submit the required documentation will prevent access to the TDP. Bidders must ensure their JCP status is active and that the correct personnel are listed as data custodians for the NDA.
